These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AutoPost AI ("AutoPost", "we", "us"). AutoPost is currently operated by Gaurav, an individual based in India — not a registered company. By signing up for AutoPost, you agree to the terms below.
1. The service
AutoPost AI is a managed Instagram content automation service. We handle content strategy, AI-generated visuals, caption writing, scheduling, auto-publishing via the Instagram Graph API, and weekly performance analytics on your behalf.
This is a managed service, not self-serve software. Your account is run through a mix of manual work and automated pipelines, operated by AutoPost AI.
2. What you agree to
- You own, or have the authority to manage, the Instagram Business account connected to AutoPost
- You won't use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or spam content
- You're responsible for reviewing and approving content before it publishes, via the Notion dashboard
- You'll comply with Meta's Terms of Service and Instagram Community Guidelines for anything published through AutoPost
- You grant AutoPost AI permission to access your Instagram Business account via the Meta Graph API, solely to publish content and collect analytics on your behalf
3. Payments
- Payments are collected monthly via Razorpay payment links
- Plans — Starter, Growth, Pro, and Scale — with pricing communicated and agreed at onboarding
- If you're on a founding client rate, it applies for the first 3 months as agreed at signup
- There's no automatic renewal right now — we send a payment link manually each month
- We don't offer refunds for partial months
- If payment isn't received within 7 days of the due date, we pause the service rather than cancel it outright
4. Cancellation
- Either of us can cancel with 7 days' written notice by email
- Once cancelled, we stop publishing to your account
- You can revoke our Instagram access at any time via your Facebook settings
- On request, we delete your data within 30 days
5. What we commit to
- Publishing content on the schedule we've agreed
- Delivering weekly analytics reports
- Responding to your queries within 24 hours on business days
- Notifying you of any service disruptions via Telegram
6. What we don't guarantee
- Specific follower growth, reach, or engagement numbers — Instagram's algorithm is outside our control
- Uninterrupted service — we're a small team, and occasional downtime can happen
- Results within a specific timeframe — content marketing takes time to compound
7. Intellectual property
- Once published, content we generate for you — captions, images, carousels — is owned by you
- We retain the right to use anonymised, non-identifiable pipeline outputs to improve the service
- Your brand assets — logo, photos, and anything else you give us — remain your property
8. Limitation of liability
- AutoPost AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service
- Our maximum liability to you is capped at the amount you paid for the current month's service
- We're not responsible for actions taken by Meta or Instagram — including account restrictions, suspensions, or API changes — since that platform is outside our control
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and will give active clients 14 days' notice before changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
